Whats the best?

Ok, so im making a website and all. I'm using SMF for my forums at the moment, but i want to use something better. So does anyone know of a better forum thingy, and i would like it to be free.O_o

CSS is the best for forums i would say.

SMF is pretty much the best free one, but check out UBB. Iremember liking that script but a lot of people moved from that to Invision and I'm not sure why...

Made me wonder why many people used Invision Power board either...
