What more should I do with that?

Hi! I'm working on graphics for my first project. I have never sprited before, but I've looked on some tutorials I've found. Yet I'm not sure if I could call that finished

First, you'll probaby have to redo it all over and this time save as .PNG. (Thats the second time I've said that tonight). Also, if you look at the bottom of his grey jacket, you'll notice its flat. This is bad, it should be slightly rounded to show the curvature of the body. The same goes for the the top of the boots. Maybe add one more colour to break up the grey / dullness of the colour scheme.

But yeah, You'll probably have to restart as .jpg isn't something you want your pixel work to be saved in.

Pretty much what|3_32 said. .jpg is NOT a good idea for pixel art, as JPEG artifacts mean doom to even the best-sprited pieces. PNG is prety much the best thing to save it as.
The jacket needs more improvement, too.
