idk what's so great about Mass Effect. The first one was so goddamn boring, I can only imagine the second to be the same. But then again, I didn't really like any of the Oblivion games either, nor did I care for Fallout 3. Too. Damn. Boring.

It's one of my favorite games ever made actually.

But I can see how someone would find them boring if they're not super interested in dialogues and gradual character development.

It's funny, cause I absolutely <3 RPG's. The FF series and I'm waiting for gamefly to send me Eternal Sonata, and I guess I'll try Blue Dragon, even though the demo was meh. Chrono Trigger, Kingdom Hearts and etc. Idk, the way the Oblivions, Mass Effect and Fallout 3 play out is just so boring to me. I'm especially bored with Dragon Age, because of the max level being a measly 20.. plus I don't really like nor do I understand D&D style rules. It's possibly why I die at almost every battle..

I had a hard time with D&D style stats too, but my learning curve with them was completed with KOTOR.

In all honesty even though I like the battle systems in the things I could even do without them and still like the games immensely. IDK, I really really like me some dialogue+character development.

I couldnt stand blue dragon. the battle system was interesting, but the voices were absolutely shit and the writing was terrible. it hard to believe it was made by the same people who later did lost odyssey which has believable voices and good writing
