I stopped working on a project a little while back (RPGMaker XP), and went to repick it up. I realized why I had stopped working on it was because I needed to figure out a few things about the CBS that I had started using. Does anyone know which CBS this is:

And can help me with it? I can't seem to find the scripts that make this work, and I lost the bookmark from where I had found it originally. All I know is that I found it here. Any help would be -greatly- appreciated since I would like to get this working and pick the project back up.
Also, if you know which one this is- this is the issue; I know how to link the graphics (the character and monster models) but whenever my player characters go to attack (whether it's just a normal weapon swing or a special), they just run in place and the game just kind of loops. It's not frozen because it's not giving me an error, and I can close it out without causing one. I added this code originally to a test project that it works fine in, but when I loaded it in to the 'live' project, it does this.
If anyone has any information as I said, it would be -very very- helpful. Thank you!
