Werewolf Lycan

Well, since I wasn't really doing anything, and I figured no one would really do my request (http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=51208.0), I thought of doing it myself.

Here it is:

I had to decide "Details vs Shading". And I chose details so the shading is kinda bad. Besides, I'm really not good with shading anyway...

This is my FIRST VX sprite ever. It is almost entirely made from scratch (with VX template of course plus heavily frakensprited and hardcore editing). Took me one whole day to finish it.

If I get better, I might open a workshop or something...

Anyway, what you guys think?

Thanks for the time!

P.S.
The character is Werewolf Lycan from Trickster Online.

If only I could by the property rights of this character... I would so do it...

Like I said, I'm not that good. If anyone can do better, please do so! I'd love to see it! :thumb:

Good gravy. I'm sure it's a good sprite - it looks ok - but it's impossible to critique.  Upload the actual sprite sheet and use [ imgzoom] so we can all see it.

If you want to enlarge the image, make it twice or four times bigger so it doesn't blur. Or as Tindy suggested, use the  [ imgzoom] tags.

Ohhh right the imgzoom! How could I forget that...

Alright, I'll update the first post after I finish editing the sprite again (don't ask).

You should make your own resources from now on. Your good at it!

I think you should rework the fur on the back, it doesn't really look like fur. It has more of a symmetrical pattern to it.
But then I can only see it for a split second, so its hard to critique.

Thanks for the compliments! I really appreciate it!

But like I said, I'm not that good (well, at least not yet). But I will keep practicing.

And yeah, I did have problems with the back view...

I tried lots of times, but that's the best I can do...

Please help. Here's the file:

You're using a lot more blues then you need to.  When I made my Anthro wolf character I would draw vertical lines on top of each other to make fur. Since this fur is blue start with that first and then add the white spots after.
You can look at my character and see what I did.
