Many thanks to shadow for rescuing the forums, and hosting them on his own personal dreamhost account.
As the previous announcement stated, this was a temporary solution, and a permanent move is imperative.
It's happening this afternoon, around 3:30 EST. It should last a couple of hours. We will be shutting the forums
down and doing a full backup, so we won't lose any more posts, PMs, or user information.
Ideally we would have liked to do this when there was minimal activity, like the middle of the night, but this is a
team effort, and all of the players are available now.
