I've been a player of this awsome 2D online RPG for quite some time, and I love everything about it!

I was also wondering if anyone here played the game, now or at all in their lives. This site also features other great freeware games, Arcadia, a multi player game client, Warpath, a free real time strategy/space shooter, and many more games! Well of Souls also has the capabilities of creating your own world with the built in syntax language for scripting quests and more! Recently announced, the next patch will contain Well of Soul Tactics- a mini tactics game for WoS. There are many other great things about this site, and I've actually taken time to donate money to them in return for a golden soul. It's worth a visit!

I played this game back in... 1999 I think and I still have no idea how the hell it works.  It's cool that ANYONE can create a server and modify their characters, but the entire thing just confuses me more than any other game.

Gah, I think it looks terribly amateur. By the way though, the best online game ever created: Radicle Aces.

I played this a bit back in the day, but I eventually got bored

I think the reason I got bored was partly due to some weird setting in my router preventing me from downloading other players' graphics >.<

I remember seeing this when I was in, maybe, grade three, but it failed to really capture my interest. As it stands, I stand by Little Miek's opinion. But to each their own! My hatred of SRPGs in particular shows me how biased I am against certain things.
