Weird Passability issue [resolved]

In the tileset database I changed the default grasslands to a new tileset graphic. I had to change the passibility of certain tiles but then I ran into trouble. For some reason layers 1 and 2 would ignore passability. If I set a tile to "X" it would still be passable unless it was on layer 3.
I tried setting all the tiles (except for the blank tile) to "X" and I was still walking through them.
There were no events on the map and I wasn't using any scripts. Other tilesets worked fine. I tried restarting rmxp, but it still wouldn't work.
Eventually I got feed up with it and cleared the tileset from the database. I tried it again and everything worked as it should have. I wasted over an hour figuring this out.

Anybody have a clue what happened?
 
Your right. I had must have turned off the blank tile's priority when I was adjusting the tileset. By default the blank tile is a 5. Setting it to nothing recreates the whole layer 1 and 2 passage issue.
Good to know.
