I made it to demonstrate CSS to a friend (Who made this entirely graphical website http://www.nggamers.net/ ) I explained how using pure graphics for webdesign will ruin it's functionality and the ease of creation so I said I would remake the design with CSS. It has reduce the size of the website and loading times significantly.

Please give me some feedback on my template.

Looking pretty good so far but you're still running quite a few validation errors. I highly recommend HTML Validator plugin for Firefox for helping you correct them.

You have a stray border on the right side of your vertical nav, and your buttons could seriously use some tactile response. Also, frames are bad, frames are baad. Use a PHP include/require (or ASP or whatever your backend is) statement inside a div if you want to load a page dynamically, let your server do the assembly work instead of relying on the user's browser.
