- I: Andrei Arshavin and the Will to Play -
ANDREI Arshavin. Known for his career with Zenit St. Petersburg......... but now, it's up to him to sign for Arsenal.......
Transfer Deadline Day, a few hours after the deadline and the deal still hasn't gone through for Andrei Arshavin. Arsene Wenger, the Arsenal manager, has decided to talk to Sky Sports about this 'aftermath' deadline deal.
"Arshavin has to sign. We don't know if it will go through. We've been waiting for days to agree a £15 million deal with Zenit." said Wenger, with high hopes that Arshavin will sign....... A few minutes later the deal finally goes through, and no wonder Arsenal fans are celebrating!
A few days later Arshavin flies into London from Russia. He is then sent to the Emirates Stadium's training ground to have a medical. He passes, and he is now an official Arsenal player.
A few weeks later, Arsenal play Roma in the Champions League knockouts, but UEFA won't allow him to play because of their rule about transfers. Wenger things the rule should be banned from all UEFA competitions because Arshavin used to play for Zenit. Of course, they went out in the Champions League group stages; and that lead to a UEFA cup comeback for the last season's winners. The matchday came, and he was banned from the match. But do we know how he can really play for Arsenal? We may never know that answer...... and so this story ends here.

- II: Craig Bellamy v Copenhagen -
"I can't let Copenhagen win........."
CRAIG Bellamy, known for his career with West Ham United. The time to Copenhagen is about to make him panic.
It's the matchday of the 2nd UEFA Cup Round of 32 tie. Craig Bellamy comes to the City of Manchester Stadium early to think everything over in the dressing room. He enters a lonely, quiet dressing room and sits down on his dressing room seat.
"Don't panic Bellamy, you can do it......." says one part of him, while another says "You can't do it Bellamy. You're just a big wimp, go home and hope Mark Hughes doesn't pick you for the team!" in anger. Then, Bellamy realises that he can do it, he has to!
It's the time of the match. Everyone comes into the dressing room, with everyone getting their match gear on. Richard Dunne, the captain, walks over to Bellamy and says "Bellamy, is anything really bothering you?" in a soft voice.
"Not really, no......." replies Bellamy, trying to hide his panic attack. Then, Nigel de Jong is carelessly walking around the dressing room and says "We can't just panic! We go into the match with pride and courage, and not with panic and anger!" in his very bravest voice. "Pride in Battle for all players!"

"You're never gonna survive the relegation battle!"
IT'S almost the end of the season and here's all of the gaffer's views......
Sam Allardyce (Blackburn) says: "Relegation is something we can't fall into. We have been Premier League champions once and we just won't fail this."
Tony Pulis (Stoke) says: "We were promoted to the Premier League, now we are trying to keep our training up. We can't just get relegated the season after promotion!"
Phil Brown (Hull) says: "We've been doing quite a good job to keep out of the relegation places, but we might just slip into there. I really don't mind it."
Tony Mowbray (West Bromwich Albion) says: "We're just going to have to take it. Relegation or not, we just have to take it all up. Goodbye Premier League, and we hope we see you again someday......."
Harry Redknapp (Tottenham) says: "Players like Defoe, Lennon and Woodgate are keeping our beautiful game up. If it's the way of football, rules must always be obeyed."
