Walking character pose script

Hello guys, i need help with finding or if someone has the time for this, the creation of a pose script.
I want this for the normal character sheet (not battle characters), so that only your main characters can use it.

Here's an example of what i mean, it's the normal four frame sheet except the left ranks are used for poses,
these would not be seen unless the character comes to a stop, otherwise the other three frames repeat.
