[VX] Bumping into stuff sound

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone would mind making a really simple script for me. I've been working at it for hours now with no luck. Basically i'm trying to make it so that whenever the player bumps into a tile that is marked as unpassable, a sound effect plays.
