[VX] Bigger Titleset

Okey, so I have a good really titleset for RMXP which I thought would still look really good in RMVX, but then I realized that even if I would take all room from Title A,B,C,D and E it still would only be like half of the titleset, I don't want to upload it here becouse it's would be too big so it's just a waste of time, just imagine a big titleset of 256x16448.

Anyone have a good solution for this?

I believe there is a script which allows for more stuff packed into VX, but I also believe it won't change a thing in the editor...

...and if all else fails make a bajillion charactersets. :box:

yeah, a script can't really change the editor (if it could I would just make one :P), so I already assumed that there's no solution, but it was worth a try.

Thanks anyway :thumb:

Wait... why are you even trying to use VX in the first place? Could you not just port everything from VX into XP? Or just stay in XP? Your motives are not the issue at hand, but it might be useful to know... also, there's still the characterset idea and make most of the tileset land... :box:

Yes, use GraphicsGale. You can download a free version of it here: http://www.humanbalance.net/gale/us/

Open up the VX tilesets A-E and start importing the tiles from your XP tilsets and Use poccil's multiple tileset script. This script lets you see the tilesets in the VX editor. You can get the script and a tutorial on how to use it here: http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=54354.0

I use RM2K tilesets by converting them to XP tileset and importing the tiles using GraphicsGale to my VX tilesets, myself.

Maybe I didn't understand your request correctly, but hope it helps.

Edit: Sorry, just realized you wanted more room and Tiles A-E wasn't enough.
