[VX][ACE] Ship Edits

Edits and recolors from VX's rtp. Not a bad idea to have a variety of ships at port and out at sea. Obviously meant to be used on the world map. But they could also be used as toy boats on a pond in town. The village kids need something to do; there's an idea for a mini-game.
I'm fond of the red one.

You know I think that's the first time I've seen a custom vehicle, outside of the old 'extended' rm2k rtp from Don Miguel. Cool!
