how does this look? I know there are some really good graphic and web designers here, so Im looking for some C+C on it.

Now i must say, this looks rather nice. but for a full vista style you will need to make the graphics have a mre glassy effect.

But so far so good.

lol, im scrapping it. Ive been talking with some people, and I need to readjust my whole approach to web design. so, this is dead. The graphics were really easy to make. im gonna make a tutorial later on how to design vista styled things.

yeah, I was just going to say if you're trying to promote YOUR skills, you need to use YOUR design, not the people from windows.

Exactly. Also windows isn't meant to be the designing platform. Real designers go with macs, duh.

Actually only developers who make "behind the scenes shite" use macs, and that is because they're paid to do so. I f you've ever been to a CGI studio, (like ILM) you'll notice they all use windows

I believe CGI is considered Graphic design

Well it might be different for a game studio , because it's more compatible with more software that does coding. But for a graphic design studio or printing industry i guarentee you that 90%+ of the good studios use macs.
