victory music auto-ending after battle

So I downloaded and added the 'FF victory song' and loaded it as the victory ME. It's obviously a little longer than the average ME. Currently, unless you level up or otherwise interupt the music (like leveling up), it seems to keep playing... and it's pretty long.

Is there a way to make it so the BGM, after battle, auto-starts again and where would I do it?

If not, is there a free music editor somewhere that I could shorten the song so that it fits within just a few seconds instead?

A very simple fix.

class Scene_Battle
  alias_method :me_end_main, :main
  def main
    me_end_main
    Audio.me_stop
  end
end

if I just add it as it's own script it gives me a syntax error on the line 'alias:---'

Add it in a new script. There was a wee error on my part which is fixed now.
