The heavy usage of chromaticism and lack of much progression keeps this from really going anywhere, hard to comment on.

Ah, my bad. Downloaded it now. It does sort of lack noticeable progression, but seems like a great BGM for a steady atmosphere. :> What program do ya use by the way?
