Variable printing

Hey guys, how do I print out a variable's value?
It can't be
self.contents.draw_text(190, 700, 96, 50, $game_variables[605]) , right?

You're quite close, just forgot to convert the variable (which is an integer) to a string, which you need it to be so you can print it. To do so, use this:

$game_variables[605].to_s
