Variable help + Help on Jumping event!~

I'm trying to make a variabl that the character must have all the pieces of this certain time to enter this certain place. can some one help me please? thanks


Also, I'm trying to set up an event where the player must jump acrossed to the other side, landing on moving rocks.

Your first question is a little unclear. Do you mean "pieces of this certain item"? If so, you won't need a variable. Instead, just use Conditional Branches that check if the items are in the player's inventory.

For the second question, it might be a little more complicated. I would suggest storing the rock event's X and Y coordinates in two variables. Then check the coordinates with a Conditional Branch. If it's in the right spot, let the player jump to that tile.
 
I need some clarifications, does time pose an importance such as adding a TIMER?


All you have to do is create a variable, via the Event command Control Variable, defining the number of items he has to collect.

Then a Conditional Branch to check if the value of your variable is == (equal to) a certain number... if it is TRUE or equal, then he wins. else, fail..
