Can you explain in a little more (a lot more) detail what exactly you're asking? Your question is incredibly vague.

If you want to just check the value of a variable while testing, press the F9 key.

I want to visualize, for example the HP of the Hero

As in an HUD? There are lots of ways to do it, the ways that use events involve using pictures and conditional branches (ie. if the variable is X, display picture X).

Although it'd be more practical to check out a script. Try searching the forums, specifically the script section.
