Using Multiple Elements

Okay, I'm having a problem with the 'Elements' and 'Enemies'. I'm trying to add 2 elements to 1 spell. For example, 'Wind' would be wind and magic.

As you can see, I have the two checked, now I want an enemy to receive B damage to wind and B damage to magic. but the result is just the magic's B, and doesn't add the wind's B, I've changed wind to F, and it still does magic's B damage.

I was wondering if this is a glitch in the scripting, or if this is just how it is. If it is, "Just how it is" then would there be a way, a script or a simple fix, to get rid of the lowest element taking priority, and adding both together? Also, attacking with an element 'physical' attack doesn't work either, same thing as with the Wind spell.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm not using ANY scripts, as this is a blank project meant to just test enemies and skills and such.

Edit2: Here's a video demonstration.

You didn't click Apply before the second battle test.
Doesn't work, I checked everything and it still isn't stacking like I'd hoped it would. I'm still looking if there's a simple script to fix this. I even tried the Game_Interpreter fix but no luck.

Edit:
Would you mind trying this to see if it's just my copy of RPG Maker VX? I'd appreciate it alot.

I've read something a while ago about a bug with the element range, however, I neither was able to find it, nor do I think it was for VX... might be worth looking for it though, as that could be what you're looking for (I remember it being from Yeyinde, but as I said, wasn't able to find it here or through Google...)

You could always ask a modification of the default in the Script Request forums... or do it yourself really. You'd have to give some more information about how you want each element to affect the damage with each step of affinity.

Ok, I've done a some battletests to try out multiple elements skills, and every hit dealt by two elemental attacks was more powerful than those dealt by regular mono-elemental ones (enemies elemental efficiency were all set to B).
Frankly I have no idea where the problem lies.

Did you set the Variance to 0(For magical attack) and set the Attack F to 0 and the Spirit F to 100(For magical attack)?

No I previously didn't alter damage effect values.

You're right though, with Variance 0, Attack F 0, and Spirit F 100, no matter how many elements I add to the spell, damage it's still the same.
Probably it's the combination of those values that nullifies the difference between multiple and single element spells.
