Unusual Network Issue

IDK why, but my internet, itunes, and stuff like that is having massive problems.

Anyone have a small idea how to fix this?

Get Firefox or Flock. Something that doesn't use the Trident Engine.

That's not really an issue with your internet, that's an issue with Microsoft's "go" domain, and it's permissions (403) for the /fwlink/ directory. Could be that you have a spyware, trojan or virus... Especially one that modifies your host file.
