Unique Items/Skills/Weapons etc.

Hello
I was wondering how would it be possible to make all Items/Skills/Weapons etc. data unique.

Example:
You have 3 Bronze Sword. (all the same from the database)
BUT

• The first one is level 3 (while the two others are level 1)
• The second one have an ATK+10% bonus on it.
• The third one has been equipped 15 times.

This is a fictional situation but I think it clearly represents what I mean. Those who have played Star Ocean 3 will know what I mean.
