I'm not experienced at that i wont give it to you before i get it tested!
I don't want you to get a bad Windowskin!
So you have to wait!

To make a screenshot, hit the [prt scr] button next to scroll lock, or if you just want the active window hit [alt]+[prt scrn].

These really aren't that great. They're ugly and lackluster.
Well, that wasn't helpful.

Honestly though, they really aren't that great. I don't know about you but that tribal one would give me a head ache from watching the blue and yellow the whole time. But, some crit.

Tribal:Overall, decent. You are missing arrows though. The ones that are supposed to go inside the outline. (I realize that sounds confusing. But, bare with me). The select box looks nice... alone. Not really for it's purpose though. I don't think some like that would look for for a selection, try something a bit more like the background. The spheres need to be a little more smooth. (More than three colors, try 5-7 for more smooth). Now the background; I'm sorry but it looks terrible, I honestly have no idea what you're going for. As I stated earlier the colors are annoying. You should probably stay in the same temperature (warm or cold colors). And if it's tribal it should be darker... A lot darker. That's just what I think when I see the word "Tribal"

The Black One: That one looks pretty good. Though not much to really comment on, a lot of the colors look pretty plain. The text box outline is decent at best. There is nothing to it really, try adding texture to it. It is metal (just guessing...) so make it look more metally. Everything else is fine ( in my opinion). The only thing I could suggest is giving your arrows some more shading.

Hope that helps, and good luck!

I haven't said that i'm very good anyway...
But if you want me to remove Raining Tribal i can do that!
I didn't even like it!(I will remove the background of the Windowskin(What do the arrows do?I did remove them because it did destroy some of my Windowskin(On many i see the arrows when i play!))
I will make a new paint and copy the spheres and save it as jpg(Making alot of colors, and of course remove the outline there!)
I use paint anyway....

I cant screenshot!
Didn't you hear me?
My RPG Maker XP Trial is gone!

I think Dark Shadow is nice as it is!
I know Border(Or something) is that good but thats how i shall have it!

And Dark Shadow/The black one was my very first!
So i know it is very plain but it where my first one!
And i know my Windowskin are not so good!
And with the Tribal(Before) i did not know how i should make the background!

You don't have to remove it if you don't want to. As for the arrows, I can't remember exactly what they do, but they do have their purpose. And lastly, don't save in jpeg. Jpeg sucks, save in png. That way you don't have that annoying color aura thingy... >_> Just trust me, png! (Lol, rhymes :) )

Holy shit, did you just QUADRUPLE-POST? Lay off it, kid.

OK, look. These are not good. I'm not going to sugar-coat this for you.

This, especially, is honestly hideous. It has no shading aside from the 'hair', which is shaded quite hideously itself.
I'd recommend looking at a bunch of basic tutorials.

Then, take your time, and really make something you'd actually be proud to see people using. OK?
Is it the hair?
If it is i have to tell you that i'm bery bad at hair!
Also it was my first own Characterset!
It is a Charset i shall use to another game(Not Final Fantasy/Its a new Pokemon Game!)
Also it has shading on the shirt, legs, and body!
It looks like it is nothing because it where little shading at the template i use!

1. Although the hair's probably the biggest problem, it's not just that it's the whole sprite. 2
2. Almost everyone's bad at hair at first! Hell, I'm still bad at doing the outlines for hair xD You'll get better eventually ^_^
3.We noticed >.>
4.No. Do not make fan games. Or if you do make sure it's of something other than Final Fantasy, Pokemon, or Kingdom Hearts. They've been done over, and over, and over, and over and none of them get finished. They're WAY too hard and time consuming for anyone other than the pros to pull off, and by the time most people are good enough to do one, they've gotten smart and moved on to original projects.
5.Recoloring the template isn't shading
6.See #5

Now that that's out of the way on to the sprite!
Let's see... let's start with the clothes!
First we'll work on the shape, the pants are up probably just a pixel too high, and it look like his shirt's tucked in(which I don't think you meant for it to be). Very simple to fix! Just take the top outline of the pants and recolor it the shirt's lightest color, and under that draw a line with it's darkest color. See how simple that was? And it's looking better already! Now just extend the backpack's straps down to the end of his new shirt and your clothes outlines are pretty much done! On to shading.
Recoloring the template is NOT shading. The template is a guideline and just skin, so when all's you do is recolor it it just looks like you have some weird multicolored skin, not clothes. Clothes have more volume, and size than the skin does SO, they're gonna be a bit more heavily shaded. Shading properly comes with practice, I'd look at some other sprites to get an idea since it's hard to actually describe proper shading, really you just put the darker colors where the shadows would go, and the lighter colors where more light is hitting the sprite(like I said, hard to explain). Next is the hair.
I myself am kinda bad at hair outlines, especially on Breeze. but I can still shade em. Hair on Breeze is kind of weird, you shade it kinda like you would clothes actually O.o Look at my example and you'll see what I mean(this is why I hate breeze >.<). Fix the outline, shade it just a tad, and add in a few random highlights and it should look decent XD
Here's an example for you to look at:

^_^
Next lesson is palette choices, but I won't do that with you till you get shading right =P
Good luck, hope to see some better spriting soon
^_^

Well, that wasn't helpful.
Yeah, it was. He needs to know that he's not good, and never will be using paint. He should just save himself further embarrassment and give up, or try to utilize another more professional program. If you can't get Photoshop legally, or don't want it *cough* illegally, get The GIMP, and read some tutorials on color and anti-aliasing. Then, repost, and surprise us with a nice windowskin.

I don't believe in making people who aren't good feel better about shit work. Being a dick is sometimes the only way to motivate someone to actually better themselves. So I am being helpful.

Your character was awesome!
And i will edit it later!
EDIT: I will make the Pokemon Game done anyway!
I dont care about that!
When im not at the computer im bored to death!
So im very much at the computer!
And i like making things like Games, Sites, Paints, Esc...

Holy shit, that breeze sprite brought a tear to my eye...

A tear of pain and agony.

Dear lord, please look at pixel academy or something, cause you really need to learn to shade. I have nothing else to comment on, as it is along the same lines of the sprite. Not so good, but hey it's your first attempt, however I am not gonna tell you to keep up the good work, cause obviously it is lacking both.  Just try to read up some and practice more.
