Hi guys, im new to this forum and I have a question :D
(Im new to rpg maker aswell , so if anyone has some very useful guides , please link 'em' ;))
Anyways, I need to know how to use two tilesets on one map.
Im using the forest village tileset, but I need a flower from the Farm village tileset !
Heeeelp.

(I've moved this to the General Support forum. Questions like this about the program can go here--Feeback is for the forum itself.)

And to answer your question, it's actually not possible to use two tilesets within the maker at once. What you have to do is (1) export the two tilesets to your desktop, (2) use an image editing program to combine the tiles that you want, and (3) import the new tileset back into the program.

If you're new to the maker, that might be complete gibberish to you, so I'd suggest checking out the Tutorials section of the forum. =)

Okay, that sounds fair enough but:
How do I get a hold of the default tilesets as png files (or whatever) and when i import a file with the same name as the tileset , will it overwrite it ?
(And sorry for misplacement of the topic ^_^)

Question: "How do I get a hold of the default tilesets as png files (or whatever)"

Answer: Go into "Tools" then select "Materialbase" or whatever, then click "Graphics/Tilesets" and export the ones you need.

Question: "when i import a file with the same name as the tileset , will it overwrite it ?"

Answer: Simply enough, yes.
You'll have to rename it before importing again if you don't want it to conflict with the old ones.
