Hi ;D! I've got two things i wanna know:

1: What is Loop and end Loop?
2: Can i make a training card game in RPG Maker XP?

1: Loop
Loop means that RMXP will loop whatever processing you have inside the loop.
i.e.
Loop
Move event "Player" right
end loop

will keep the player moving right forever.

2: Trading card game
You'd need scripts. Not sure which ones, though.
