Twenty Questions

gahh

- a thin liquid
- can possibly be a gas sometimes too
- man-made / not occurring in nature (but no one knows who made it exactly)
- not seen very often, nor used very commonly
- might be colorless, but is tangible & visible
- inedible
- not poisonous, but probably not good for you
- not used for cleaning
- some types of it are flammable (but not many)
- it is not bleach, nor nitrogen

this is driving me nuts

all i can think of is mineral oil
but i super doubt thats it
someone who is good at guessing make it count :V

To clarify, it does occur in nature, but not in the form we use it in, although it may be derived from natural ingredients. And it may or may not be flammable (probably most types are, I would guess), but it's not known for that. I'll give you guys a hint by saying it isn't a specific compound but rather a class of liquid.

Alcohol?

Fact bein that the fumes are flammable, but (even when concentrated) the liquid itself will put out a flame..
And to a moderate amount it is good for you :D

No and no.

You guys should maybe think about narrowing it down by use instead of guessing randomly. I'm just gonna say what it is if this doesn't go somewhere soon.

Fixing up Ven's list yields:

- a thin class of liquid
- can possibly be a gas sometimes too
- doesn't occurring in nature in this form
- not seen very often, nor used very commonly
- might be colorless, but is tangible & visible
- inedible
- not poisonous, but probably not good for you
- not acidic
- not used for cleaning
- some types of it are flammable (but not known for it)
- it is not bleach, alcohol, glass, ammonia, nor nitrogen

I can only think of a few, though not all conditions are met.
30. Is it an oil, ink, or paint?

Correction: it's used very commonly for some people and not commonly at all for others. It really depends, but I'd definitely class it as a household item. Also, I looked it up and have to correct myself: it is frequently alcohol-based.
