Yeah, I was going to ask about that: Should we make threads for our games like with the 5 year contest and everything? I mean, obviously not in that board, but in the normal project discussion with a [TriWeekly Challenge] tag?

It's completely up to you. It's not a requirement, but if you want to make a thread to show off and organize your stuff, then mor power to you.

I won't be doing this one, as I've already stated in the rec room.
It's not that I've got too much on my hands, it's that I'm doing it late, which causes me to only fall behind harder.
I'm already planning for the next one, however, and testing out various systems(growth systems, battle systems etc.) for it, although I won't be starting until the actual contest starts.
I should try vx, but I despise the mapping way too much.

Its called Meteor cavern btw and I already have a story for it it will be pretty short though.

Don't worry about getting your project in exactly on time - as long as it's some time around the 23rd. If it's a few hours late it's not really a problem, so feel free to do beta testing and whatnot and not waste valuable game making time. :thumb:

Remember guys, don't let your hard work go to waste; even if unfinished, submitting something is better than nothing! Don't feel like you did a bad job and are ashamed, you can always polish and perfect it afterward. After all, the time limit is meant to be slightly challenging.

I would suggest romance, because I don't think romance has been the theme of anything rm related ever, but that's severely narrowing what you can do into a storylined plot.

Does that mean I could still submit what I have? Because the bloody cable I needed turned up today, which is too late to finish, but there's well over 40 minutes of play time. So can I submit something that isn't finished, but still has enough to play as an actual game? If I can, then I'm back in :P
