I loved the original series, the new ones suck, I even liked the after story when they all went into 3d dinosaurs, but this one looks like the coolest movie 2007 has to offer! Directed by Steven Spielberg! So cool! Do you think it'll have the old theme tune? Transformers, Robots in Disguise!

The robot in the ending looks nothing like a Transformer. :|

I'm afraid this movie will be quite crap.

I like the changes they made, otherwise the movie would look corny and childish.

The movie will suck, and piss off a bunch of older transformers fans at the same time.

That said, it'll probably be worth the rent if you're looking for a stupid "blow everything up movie while just having fun and not worrying about any important plots or anything" kind of thing. And that's all I want from this.

The trailer itself sucks. I feel like I didn't see enough of ACTUAL TRANSFORMERS (which for some reason I assume the movie is about) to form an opinion.

It looks horrible. Transformers is classic and a cheezy Mars theme is just stupid. They could have done better.

I think it looks pretty good, and I watched Transformers as a child too.

The one thing I was listening for is that classic sound when they transform from the cartoon..but I bet they canned that for a more modernish sound.

Ah well..we will see what happens.

I liked it, from what I hear hardcore trans fans hate it. :/

I think the same could be said about the TMNT movie.
