I agree with Samot in regards to the texture of the clouds/smoke as well as the paw prints and the box.
standard photoshop blending options are often misused, but the bevel/emboss function should never be used
Whilst I do agree that standard blending options are misuses all too often and the bevel/emboss function can look nasty when used inappropriately (which is most of the time), there are certain situations where it actually adds to the image. For example, the logo in Sir' and my signature is a piece I made and the LS has a pillow emboss which makes the lettering stand out from the wings and give it more of a logo quality. It just has to be used in the right places, the right dosage and in very little quantities. :P
In any case, I was going to say the same thing regarding the clouds. Go with vector lines. Alternatively you could go with Cloud stamps and just kill the opacity or use a blending option which makes them almost invisible, but it just wouldn't look as good.
The border itself is actually unnecessary as you could encase the title into a few clouds and the sun rays... and I've really no idea why the paws are there in the first place.
Anyway, if you need help with it, just let me know and I'll try and fix it up.
