Title Screen BGM - Freezing after new game?

Hey guys, I made my custom title screen bgm music and it works fine then whenever i press new game the title screen i have just freezes and the music plays... not sure whats happening. When i press continue to save my already beat the game file it loads fine. Help please!

Have you added any scripts that modify Scene_Title at all? It sounds like the line that disposes the title graphic is missing or something.
