Tilesheet Maker/compiler

Might not be the right forum but it just looking for an application that will let you import multiple files and put them into a nice neat sheet for you.

Before you tell me to "do it yourself and dont be lazy" I have over 30,000 32x32 individual Sprites which im looking for a fast way to make them into a sheet.

Thanks for the help.

PHO-TO-SHOP!!!

I'm using 6.0, a REALLY old version that Adobe doesn't even acknowledge let alone aupport anymore. It has a grid overlay that you can specify size for, horizontally and vertically. It doesn't interact at ALL with your drawing, and you can use layers to isolate whatever part you want to work on.

You DON'T have to use the Adobe MEGACOOLAWESOMECS40000000 photoshop version, really. Just find an older version, will be much cheaper.

Did you see that he has 30,000 tiles? The idea is he does not want to manually place that many tiles in a sheet.

If it were me I would just program something to do it myself. If you know how to use Ruby, for example, you can go get Rubygame or Gosu and compile the images with code.

uhm, there IS no automated tile-placer program. He's going to HAVE to do it manually if he wants to do it at all. Photoshop's auto-grid REALLY speeds things up though; I could do his tiles in a day with photoshop.

But yeah, to get something EXACTLY the way you want from a program, you're gonna have to do like Demonfire said and write your own. Happy Coding!
