Tilesets help

I'm sure this has been asked, but why is it I can't use customized tile sets when I import them into the Material database even though they meet all the requirements?

You have to set them up in the tilesets tab in the database. Have fun setting passabilities.

I hate doing that, it takes forever. especially with some of the tilesets I use, which are a few different ones combine into one.
