TILESET need help with!

It's coming along nicely. The grass tile still is a bit too busy, and the roof on your latest screenshot seems a bit odd, but other than that it looks fine. Maybe add some different tones of green in the grass autotile, because right now it seems as if there are only 2 tones (3 if you really concentrate on one piece). It's probably going to look better if you change that to seem more lively. Other than that, it's nice.
 
Ok, even though you stated in the first post to to comment to much on the floor, it looks like your not really working on it.

The floor tiles... in my eyes, are ruining the rest of the tile-pieces, which are beautifully done.

It looks as if you used one style and just did recolors.... don't do that.

Don't make the grass so defined. When you do that it makes the whole image look like it's ona graph since repetition is soo easily picked out.

The stone, or road, or what-ever looks like 10 stones repeated over and over and over again. I repeat, don't define the edges so much. You can easily pick out the separate stones.

Take a look at the original RTP tiles. They can give you a good idea what your aiming for.

If you fix up the floor tiles, then it should look peeeerrrfect ^.^
 
The road tile you have right now looks pretty good. It doesn't seem finished yet, I suppose you're going to make an autotile for it?

The source of light for the tree is bothering me. The character and houses all have the source of light somewhere right in front of them, but the tree has it somewhere on it's side. On top of that, I'd like to see the shape of the tree a bit less obvious. Try to stick some leaves out to, conceal it.

Other than that, there really isn't much new to comment on. Most of the groundtiles still look too busy, and the houses are pretty much solid (exept for the roof of the lower-left house, but I already commented on that). Wait a second, I seem to have missed something. You're still planning to shape those beams under the bridge, right?

I don't like the rtp tiles because up close, it just looks like a noise filter.

Up close it doesn't matter what it looks like. No one will ever even see it up close, except you, of course.  I've made pretty kickass tiles literally by just using the airbrush feature in MS paint - it's what it looks like in-game that counts, dude.
 
This is actually shaping up pretty nicely. It's still pretty busy, but at least it's consistent throughout the tileset. One thing you could work on is adding depth to the side-view rooves. Right now it almost looks like the roof is flat.
