If the noun, in this case, posters, is plural, than the verb, needs in this case, should be singular. The Accusative, or Direct Object of the sentence, should be singular as well, if the verb is singular. Words should not be capitalized unless:

• The word is the beginning of a sentence
• The word is a Personal Pronoun, this includes names of People, Places, Things, and I.

The administrators and moderators continually change pseudonyms, often making it hard to figure out who is who.  There is a topic that discusses the specifics of this, will it be maintained more regularly, or will the names be finalized?

That topic Alexander is a pain in the ass because EVERYONE forgets about it.

And honestly the name change blitz hit me and I'm still sorta dizzy from it.  There's still a few names that if I didn't look to see who they were I would have no clue, but it isn't worth updating since most names will most likely go back like tomorrow.  I hope...
