So what will people here be following and why?
If you need to enlighten yourself of the stuff thats coming around, check out Random Curiosities excellent preview:

<WARNING> Some spoilers might follow </WARNING>
For me, the obvious, definate watch ones:
Code Geass Second Season: I'm very, very glad I didn't watch Code Geass until very recently, given the fact that they deliberately left it on a knifepoint cliffhanger. At least I only to wait weeks for the followup, not months. That said, the first episode felt very much like a teaser to bring in new viewers. Very few questions have so far been answered, and more have been presented: like How did Lelouch forget his time as Zero at all? Where the heck did Rolo come from? Where's Nunally gone? (some claim that Nunally has become Rolo through some twisted genetic engineering. Thats an amusing prospect, and I'll run with that for now) How did the Black Knights survive for a year? Why is Viletta now a gym teacher? (besides the fact that Ougi said he was a teacher in the past)
Special A's: I'm a big fan of the manga, which is awesome. School with super students who are so good they can lounge around in their own luxury quarters during the day. Add in dense but infinately lovable girl who hates to be number 2 and is always trying for the top, add a shocking bishounen as number 1 who obviously cares about said girl, and you have a fun premise. I just hope they can do it justice.
Allison to Lillia: I quite liked Kino's journey, and if this comes from the same stock, it ought to be good. That, and the fact that Allison is perhaps the ultimate blonde loli. And it involves biplanes and grand adventures. I'm weak for that sort of stuff.
Toshokan Sensou: I'm gonna have to watch it simply because it involves the 'Library special forces'. I love that concept (reminds me of Read or Die).
Probably watch, lets see how they turn out:
Soul Eater: Another LOL anime, collecting the souls of 99 people and a witch. Complete with stupidity, and for no apparent reason, fanservice.
Vampire Knight: Everyone is raving about this, so I suppose I'll check it out. Though I tend to unenthusiastic about extremely popular things.
Tower of Druaga: Seen the first episode. HOW much parody can you stuff in there? Totally absurd so far, which is bizarre, because it didn't look that way in the shots. If this continues, mind you, it'll be overkill, so I hope it calms down. And if it turns out they're actually playing a MMORPG, I'll think 'oh no...' This is sort of suggested in the intro.
Amatsuki: Hey, its Bill and Ted, anime style! Though with somewhat less comedy. I fail my history paper so lets go back in time to make up the knowledge. Oh darn, now I'm fighting for my life, oops.
Nabari no Ou: Its nice to see an anime that handles ninja's seriously (a rare commodity) so I might look into this.
Kyouran Kazoku Nikki: Seems to be nonsensical crazy choice of the season. Lolis, Lions and Jellyfish? WIN!
Nijuu Mensou no Musume: A thievery type anime, and for some reason I seem to like those.
