Yay for kind of an advertising post... it's a 320x240px resolution screen that has some of my most recent work in it... of course, it has the Custom Resolution Script, which should be quite obvious. The graphics are from my Lufia 2 Graphics Set, and the template is also from Lufia 2. You can find links to all three of them in my signature, as always.

So I've been messing with RMXP recently, along with spriting, and it's all come together to form an experimental game of sorts. So, two screens and then two pipe dream mockups it is. ':|

@Skie Fortress, Did you draw those anime chars? Looks good reguardless.

And Avadan, I think you are doing FFVI great justice with taht narsh remake. I think the level of the steps is too low though, I remember it being a much higher elevated plane that that, then again it can't be that exact right?

Heck no! I wish I was that good. My art usually never goes past the black and white phase. If you've seen Cell Chamber and Silent Chaos then you'd know that the artwork is the work of Studio E.G.O. I did make the party's map and battle sprites though, so I can at least say that much. ^_^

Ew, that's a pretty terrible window skin. I'm kind of picky about wasting space so anything that large and obtuse is instantly ugly to me. Everything else is pretty good, though.

I have to agree with Marcus, and I also need to say those houses are looking mighty thin ;P

The Medieval Style Layout:

which one suits best?
the layouts might change for some reason if it can be improve more in the future

NOTE:: This is not just a mock up... its already implemented in my game and working 100%

actually thats the idea of this Layout thingy...
when the player is on the Equipment Screen
Pressing the "X" Button(Currently Letter 'A' on the KeyBoard)
will change the layout to the next one
and if exiting the scene
the current layout displayed will be saved as the default layout for the equipment screen... i already implemented that in the game ^^
