But yeah! Pokemon! Games marketed for children adored by thousands of adults worldwide! Been a fan of the series since I was six years old, have owned every main game in the series except Gold, Crystal, Ruby and Pearl, and I've only beaten the Elite 4 once without cheating! Wow!

Man, what do you guys think the chances of me playing Pokemon for over 10 years but never having seen a shiny are?

Although I have had one of my Pokemon catch the Pokerus virus. Alas, I didn't know what the hell Nurse Joy was talking about, and I thought it was some sort of game glitch, so I ignored it and wasted a precious, precious opportunity ;-;

I usually get a few pokemon each game that have the virus. o:
I also saw a shiny tangela in the old Gold.
I also got a shiny eevee in Pearl, but I forgot he was shiny and wasted it on a Flareon. ;-;

If you haven't already used the Grass Knot TM from when Gardenia gives it to you it's a decent move to teach your Infernape for dealing with Water-types. Nasty Plot is a must as well if you want to take advantage of its Special Attack.

Choice Band is a good item to give to your Staraptor to buff up its Attack. Brave Bird is a must considering we're talking about a bird here. I find Return and Close Combat to be other decent moves to teach it.

Two grass types can lead to problems, although most of their main weaknesses are covered by Infernape and Luxray. Consider replacing Cherubi or Roselia with a Dragon-, Ghost-, Ice- or Dark-type to get more coverage.

Also congratulations you are the first person I have ever seen using a Bibarel as a legit Pokemon team member and not just an HM whore

And actually, sadly, the bibarel is my hm slave. To be honest...Bibarel and it's pre-evo are the worst Pokemon ever...not statistically...just by design.

Also, need some advice. I bought a used copy of LeafGreen and it already has a save file on it. It's up to Mt. Moon and only Pokemon on there is a Charmeleon. Sould I start a new game or wait until I get to Kanto in SS and transfer the Charmeleon to Pal Park? With this way...I can pick either Squirtle or Bulbasaur in SS and pick the one I didn't in LG...and I'll have all three Kanto starters!

+Aerodactyl evo (Something like an Archaeopteryx like Pokemon, and perhaps Aerodactyl could evolve into this via leveling up with Ancient Power, Wing Attack, Roost, or when leveled up when holding a feather like held-item)
+Aerodactyl pre-evo (Baby Aerodactyl, yeah baby)
+Kangaskhan pre-evo and evo (Baby form, and a male form along with Kangaskhan as the baby evo's evolutionary path)
+Pinsir Evo
+The thing on Slowbro's tail as an seperate evo for Shellder
+Return of Dive as an HM and the ability to explore underwater via Dive
+The old game corner, not the crappy card flip game

I use a bibarel E:

Dunsparce could use an evo, and Jynx really needs one (considering its companions electabuzz and magmar already got one). It'd possibly help with the fact that there are only four or so seriously viable ice-type pokemon, as long as they don't turn it into another Rampardos-esque disappointment. I always thought a more apparent join of miltank and tauros would be nice (THIS IS MALE COW LOL THIS IS FEMALE COW LOL). Relicanth could do with being as good as it is cool, too.

They are unlikely to evolve Aerodactyl. Increasing any of its stats will break it (it is currently the fastest available suicide stealth rock lead outside of choice scarf), and with its stats as they are, and changes to its movepool will likely go largely unnoticed unless they introduce something extraordinary.

They need to remove or change stealth rock. Being weak to rock is currently a death sentence to most ice- and flying- type pokemon, as they need something seriously special to set them apart from, say, Articuno (who has fallen from a premiere sleep-talking tank to being useless in almost every way without a lot of effort).
