Oh, are you planning to use 4chan memes and leet words in this game? I played that game that preceeds this one and saw too many.

Anyways; leet, 4chan, and a guy saying "LOL" in a game instead of "Hahaha" or *Laughs* is a major turnoff for me.

The game might be funny, but like what Necrile said swear words ain't funny.

What? Is that what I said? I believe I said that curse words alone aren't funny. I never said that swear words cannot be used to make something funnier. I don't know, I just felt that the cussing felt unnatural, kind of like in Killzone 2. ("Fuck this, fuck that, eat bullets you ass munching nigger fucker" just doesn't seem like something people would actually say.)

If you go to church and this game for some reason is too offensive for you, then I suggest you don't play it. it's not exactly a small thing to ask for someone to censor their game when the things you want censored are actually part of the game, it's like asking people to take healing items out of RPG's.

Exactly. I'm not going to censor it just because one person wants me to. I still probably wouldn't if everyone wanted me to.

Long answer: If a character were to say "LOL" in my games, it wouldn't be as a substitute for laughter. More like as if it was a reference, or some kind of joke. If someone thought that 'lol' or 'rofl' or 'omg' or something like that was serious - that person is taking the game too seriously. Anyway, to a certain degree I agree with you. Most memes aren't even funny, anyway. While they, and LOLs etc probably are common in Part III, they are not in Part IV.

Short answer: In Part IV, not really, no.
