For a start, I didn't use MS Paint for this, I used Paint.NET, Their two completely different programs.
And if you didn't read the quote you added... I even said:

Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, is it? I told you to stop using better graphics apps the same way you'd use MS Paint: shittily. I was mistaken, though, in that the site I provided no longer has .NET tutorials. Still, you could benefit from getting the Gimp. It's a pretty decent Photoshop clone with a large community of advanced users.

Even if these people are giving you criticism in a mean tone, it's still valid criticism.  Ignore the meanness of it, and listen to the core of their message.  Then, with that, improve your work.

It looks awful.  I'm not being overly mean when I say that.  It looks awful.  The colour choice is ugly, the shapes are horrific, and the font is generally too generic.

Now, instead of insulting me for saying your work needs improvement, how about doing what I mentioned to improve it?

I have a new tip.  If you aren't good graphically, don't be.  Just have something simple instead.  Besides, why do people always have threads like this for analysis?  It's a  title screen, if you faff about that much with a  title screen what chance does the actual game have of seeing daylight?

And seriously Jbrist, I understand that if one person doesnt like it it doesnt mean everyone thinks that but near on everyone has told you it sucks, and that's because it does.

Oh and Mundane, whats the point flaming by just saying You suck, at least make it funny.

Think of a way to link your game theme / story / characters into the title screen.  Think of setting and find a font to suit this.

And remember, I can see you aren't a phottoshoppy person so don't attempt to be.  Have a tidy layout, a simple logo and move on.  Stop dilly-dallying.

And if you don't want people to antagonise you, don't bite at the dangled carrot, they're only text on a screen, i'm not involved in that aspect though.
