The greatest and worst memories of Gaming

I have one more. Today, I picked up my Game Boy on a whim and decided to go after Onox yet again on Oracle of Seasons (I had failed so many times!).

Somehow, I beat that (insert expletive-ridden insult here)!

I had told myself that if I ever beat him, I would change my user title here to "It's legal in Holodrum!" (Besides, the previous user title of "It's on!" would no longer be useful, as "it" was the final battle.) The rest is history.

And no, I don't know what exactly is legal in Holodrum, it's just a figure of speech or something.

Best - Toughie. I think the best time I've ever had playing a game would be this unlawfully fun time I played Super Mario 3 with my brother for no less than five hours straight. Really, it was a matter of screwing around; neither of us had really planned on finishing it (Which we didn't, though we got to world 8 eventually.)

Worst - Last night we I was playing Ragnarok Online and it was during the War of the Emperium. My guild possessed five castles (the maximum) for about twenty seconds. Then another guild ghosted all five of them. The -same- guild. After that, I was trying to reclaim one (might've been one we didn't have before), and I was no less than three hits away from breaking the Emperium (and taking the castle), and a fugging Assassin or something came out of nowhere and unleashed some 1-billion rapid attacks that stole the Emp from right under my nose.

I had several thoughts of raping this guy's mother/sister/daughter/wife. Whichever applied best.

Worst: My friend dared me to play Doom 3 in the dark OMG that was scary

Best 1: I was playing against my uncle in pes6 and he was one of the best top 10 I think I was losing 3-0 until the second half reached 70mins then I started scoring goals and by the time it reached 90mins I had 3-3 and thats when the free kick came FOR ME and I knew if I let the game go to extra time I would lose so I went for it and I scored I'll never forget his face when the whistle went 4-3
(Earlier on he bet me 5 pounds that I couldn't beat him)

Best 2: When I accidently found the debug room in FF8 that was cool

Best 3: When I went crazy in wolfenstein enemy territory getting myself over 100 kills HAHAHA I PWNED THEM ALL!!!!!

Worst:
Azure Dreams. With inf. HP, I reached the Final Boss, unaware that it was a fixed fight that I was supposed to lose. The battle lasted hours before I concluded this, so I reset and was forced to play fairly.

Even Worse:
Final Fantasy Tactics. I have no idea how to play this game. I died in the 2nd level. Then I played with codes, and died in the third level.

Good:
Finishing off Sephiroth in KH2 (Proud Mode) with no items, no magic, and 1 HP.

Best: Soloing my way through ToS with Kratos/"Loudmouth" on Mania Mode. The final boss literally took ages.

Good: Singlehandedly winning a WSG in WoW on my Hunter.

Worse: FFT. I can't make it past the fifth battle.

Worst experience in gaming ever:

Paying 40 bucks for Unlimited Saga and experiencing the game after the visualy stunning and what seemed to be promising intro. I've never been more disappointed with anything ever in all my life.

Upon returning it 2 days later i got 13 dollars back. .. Go me.


Best of late: Beating Ristar :3 I can't tell you how much I love that game and how much I hated not being good at it as a little kid. (P.S. anyone with a wii nab it on Virtual Console. it's fantastic)

best: playing UT2k4 online and got 60 kills in a row without dieing! never did that again -.-

worse: lost in my first battle in FF1
