Text in Battle: How to do it!

I still can't seem to get this lag everyone says is there <_____<;
Would someone mind making a demo of it? XD (That's right, I'm asking for a demo of lag o_o)

Why is it when i make a Battle Chat it goes very slow and keeps repeating what he's saying...how can i make the battle not slow when there talking?
