Text and Names

Is there a way to make it that when a certain thing is typed into text it will appear as the characters name? Because i want to make it so the player can choose his or hers own name but in the text i might need to make someone say a characters name and it will be different.

Well, that's easy. In your message, put /n[?], where ? is the number of your actor. For example, say you put /n[1], and Arshes was there. It would become Arshes.

No, I think Ŧ o )( i C means the thing where you choose the actors name by typing it in (Enter Hero Name script or how it is called).
As far as I know the \n[?] command only works with any message system.
(correct me if I'm wrong!)

You can allow the player to change the name of any actor with the "Name Input Processing..." event command.

Use \n[#] to display an actor's name.
Just use regular text to display an NPC name.
