P.S. I made some "secret surprises" in the world using a super secret method.

It's not anything terribly spectacular ... But let's see if you can find them :3

I'm going to try and get a good bit of it done tonight; I've almost completed terraforming for the field, so now all I have to do is build the forts and tunnels and we'll be set.

In the arena, I really would like to have an obsidian floor so that we can use sticky bombs etc. without destroying the arena. Good arenas allow the use of explosives.

I can get the obsidian if you get me the flat surface, perhaps shaped like a bowl (like a HUUUUUGE arena, SUPER HUGE), with some cool obstacles.

I can get you like ... Well a lot of obsidian. Like almost 1000.

well, i have a lot of space to work with now, so a bowl w/ a flat bottom is pretty feasible. i'd say 1K would cover the floor too. how deep would you have said bowl to be?

Spooky you should make the arena:
a) a little bit bigger
b) everything should be made from obsidian including castles. There should be obstacles such as castles in the middle.
c)we should consider having multiple arenas

Arena ideas are:
1) the flat top with obstacles (this is the one you are doing spooky and you are doing a swell job)
2) Converting or making a floating isle arena with a lava base bottom. We could do it where there are mini islands and you also have to watch your footing as well!
3) Making a huge ass tower with giant rooms and maze like hallways. Sort of like the dungeon.
4) An arena with monsters spawning. Im thinking underground jungle theme. We can make do this by making an elevator down to the rock layer for each base and then having spawn beds at the surface (maybe do this for hell as well!)

Also, I found a floating isle and I plan to use it so dont touch it!!!!!!
Once I finish my biome home with all of my gardens and whatever I will work on my other house with the island
(it involves a ship, water, and a lot of fun!!!)

So apparently I learned the hard way that whoever made that tunnel that leads all the way to the underworld (2-wide) did not actually put cobweb or water at the bottom. Thankfully, I wasn't carrying a lot of money (not that I buy anything in this game anyways). Also, is the main building supposed to be a candle or something? The top, where the flowers grow, sort of looks like the flame haha.

yes BUT

apparently, as of one of the latest updates, obsidian is, in fact, not immune to dynamite. BUT, guess what is? Green, pink, & blue dungeon bricks. Of which I am literally LOUSY MOTHERFUCK RICH in. Imagine me waving my hands in your face while screaming "SO MUCH DUNGEON BLOCKS". That much. While prepping for this new server I just kept making world after world and broke down most of each dungeon. Which was painful. Especially solo'ing Skeletron each time, lol
Though I have a fuckbillion pink & blue, green is the hardest to get, b/c it's all nestled down in the depths w/ the skeles and such, so I guess I have the least of that.

@Cookie: Yeah I don't have time nor patience enough in my sweet life to mine that much hellstone ore. Plus that stuff hurts w/o obsidian skulls! So yeah dungeon bricks should work!!!!

Plus we could use the colored dungeon bricks to indicate team zones. Yes. Oh yes.

IDK, I ran out of ideas, and figured it'd be cute to make a torch-looking thing for the greenhouse up there.

yeah the biome house is taking so long :c
and so much wood and glass
so far i killed one of our deserts

as for wood ive gone to 3 different worlds and harvested most of it

SORRY GUYS

I have to take the Terraria server offline for ... I'm not sure how long. Possibly a few hours, possibly all night.

Just discovered a leak in my house and it's coming from the air conditioning so we have to shut that off, and since it's summer in Florida, that means we have to shut off all heat-producing things as well.

Sorry; we'll get this resolved as soon as possible so I can put it back online.
