I've never wanted a traditional tattoo.
It's always been a case of, I don't dislike them - and many look nice, but there's nothing I want... and if there were, then yeah, sure, I'd get one.
This is generally the answer I give when any number of friends, the majority inked in multiple ways goof on my complete and total lack of tattoos.
And we've had a few threads on the sort of body modification subject, and all. But we never had any sort of actual standing themed topic on what WOULD you have done to modify your appearance?
Me, piercings. If I ever had the money to blow and was walking by on a Sunday afternoon with nothing to do for a bit, I'd hop back to a parlor and get the insides of my forearms pinned. Little rods going through my arm would be cool. Kind've liked this image here. Though somewhat different, obviously.
Also want snake bites for some reason and to finish my plan for ear, unfortunately I never got passed a few in the lobe, and all but one has closed by now, and the scarring is funky. Not really noticeable but...
Other than that, really nothing.
What else? Scarification.
There's actually one design that, if I - again, had the time and the money on, I'd have scarred into a spot on my body. Actually, it was gonna be done a long, long time ago - when we were pretty wasted, a home brew. Unfortunately the guy who had the balls to do it, was too gone to hold his arm straight - fortunately, I was going 2nd... at least until I saw that, then I changed my mind.
But one thing I would actually save up for, like actually go out and do everything to save up for... if only there was a place near by I actually trusted would be to tattoo my eye. The eyeball, I'm sure you've seen that. Black, or two different colors - one for each orb. That I've wanted since I was a kid, and I became totally stocked when I saw it on some news reel in what feels so long ago, about some dude who got his eye balls tattooed. I would actually take the risk of blindness on that, if the guy/place had done it before, successfully. I mean... this was like, when I was a kid I actually thought about sticking magic markers on my eye to see if they'd change the colors :x
Left eye first though, even though I wear glasses and it's my stronger eye, everything I do creatively I peer over the right so... risk that eye first. Hell even if that eye went partially blind(er :x), or even blind... man it would just be worth it.

Teflon implants and stuff. There's a whole world of shit you can do, but none of it's really big on me. Again, not a situation of dislike, just a case of not for me.
