Taskbar help I NEED HELP!

Hey guys i have a big problem on my computer...before i take this to some tech forum i wanna ask you guys.....

Well I cannot click my taskbar, therefore i cannot alternate between programs.....Everytime i click it i hear a beeping sound....Anyone know what i should do???

Well, to start off with i'd use Alt+Tab to change programs, not the taskbar. I find Alt+Tab easier.

Have you tried restarting your computer?

so sorry...not trying to be rude in any way..i think i'm just being a little tense...no need to report....I have not harmed you in anyway and whether i am reported or not will not affect you..but still sorry for yelling
