Tactical RPG Editor V2 is now available
This version is a more sleek and compact version that adds features as well as maintains backwards compatibility and updated graphics. Tactical RPG Editor is the spiritual successor of Sim rpg maker 95 by ASCII(now enterbrain) and hitpoints.
the engine uses a isometric viewpoint to create games similar to those like the front mission series on the SNES.One of its exotic features is the Storyboard Which allows you to create story flow and progress simple and effectively while keeping everything organized literally like a storyboard.

No, this is the spiritual successor to srpg95 but even still most of the features of srpg95 went into rm2k so it cant be that terrible..

EDIT: Why do you say it doesn't need a license, when the program menu bar says "[liCENSED]". Or did you remove that, thus rendering it illegal?

Seriously, you've got me interested now.  I don't personally care, but did you hack for this, or find it hacked?

"Spiritual successor" sounds like a hack and slash edit with a new .dll and lazy changes to the menu and help file.
