Tactical Battle Music

I was recently inspired to do some messing around with the Zenith TBS, and so I decided, just as a challenge to myself, I would attempt to compose a Tactical Battle theme. And I think it might have actually come out alright. But, I wanted few other opinions, and I haven't really been around here in a while, so I figured getting one or two would be a good incentive to stick around. Anyway, tell me what you think:

It has that essence of FFTA alot. I'm currently making some for a future update. Well done ^_^

Sounds great! It has that, old world feel but a little exotic too. Slightly reminiscent of FF12 (I mean that in a very good way, I loved the music) but with a bit more oomph to it. If I were making a fantasy game, I'd use it in a heartbeat.

I can't make music for crap so I can't comment on the technical side much, but my ears say it's great so there you go.

Well, I guess my influences on this one really show. I was attempting to add elements from FFTA's music, and since the same composer (I think...?) worked on FF12, it definitely came through that way I guess. Not to mention I've been playing FF12 lately and have been paying alot of attention to the music. Anyway, thanks, both of you. Glad to hear you think it's good, since it took me a while to do.

Btw a question what Music Maker did you use? I use FL6 but it hasn't got the right midi thing to it.

It actually reminds me a lot of the music used in the first Legend of Kyrandia game (if any of you are a fan of old adventure games). Good work.
