Switch Script (RMVX)

I don't know anything in the realm of scripting, but this may be simple or not.

I want a script that turns off all switches and self-switches in the game (I.E. sets them to false) when I run a command using Script in an event.
I don't think I can be any clearer then that..so..yeah.

I don't have access to RM* right now, but this should work.

$game_switches = Game_Switches.new

$game_selfswitches = Game_SelfSwitches.new

$game_map.need_refresh = true

GC.start
