Summon Night:Swordcraft Story battle system request

Hello, I'm trying to make a game with the same battle system as Summon Night, Swordcraft story, but, I dunno how to make scripts myself...but, then again, if I did, I probably wouldn't be posting in this section...:D

Time for the description...

The Summon Night:Swordcraft Story battle system is a real time battle system that seems to be just a tad like the Tales series battle system, LMBS.
In battle, it uses the A button to attack, and, each weapon has a different speed, and, number of times it can hit.
The B button allows you to use several different commands at the bottom of the screen, and, you use the R button to change actions.
The L button allows you to change weapons you have equipped so you can use one weapon, and, save the other weapon's energy for later.

Now, for how many times the normal weapon types can attack.
Sword-Swords can hit up to three times per combo attack.Most balanced weapon.
Axe-These big, bulky weapons normally only attack twice per combo, strongest weapon to wield, but, makes the wielder really slow.
Lance-These can only attack once per combo, and, are mainly useful for attacking enemies from a distance.
Knuckle-These are fast, but, a bit weak.They can perform up to 5 hits per combo.
Drill-These attack quickly, and, strongly.These weapons can be charged up, allowing the wielder to pass right by the enemy.But, how far you move forward, depends on how long it is charged...

And, made up weapon types just so people can have variety.
Tonfa-These weapons have average reach, and, strength.Three hit combo.
Bow, and arrow(cross, or, plain)-These are long range weopons, and, a bit stronger than guns.One hit combo.
Gun(High, or, low tech)-These weapons have a very far range, but, they are a bit weak.One hit combo, unless it's a machine gun, which has a three hit combo.
Stave-The least offensive weapon category, and, best with magic.One hit combo only.
Misc.-These weapons have no specific category.Each weapon has a different combo limit from, 2, to, 3.

One more thing, each weopon has a second combo that can be executed by holding down while attacking.

Now, the personal modifications I would like, would be to allow two, or, three CPU characters to fight alongside the character the player is controlling.
And, for special abilities like, magic, and, special techs similar to Hi-ougi's, and, Overlimit similar to the Tales series.

this vid contains the character going into Overlimit and then using a high level tech. afterwords he goes into his Hi-Ougi. It is shown in the first 20 sec of the vid.

And, the last thing I want included, would be, transformations similar to the Edge Fencer transformation from Summon Night 2.

Okay, one more thing...from what I've seen from someone's ToS script, that you can use single images to make the battle animations for the battlers.
Can whoever does this do the sprite thing too?

If this could be done for me, I would really appreciate it!;)

Anyways, Colin, I doubt you'll find someone willing to make something like this without you shelling out some cold, hard cash in exchange for some unwavering cooperation. Now as far as public systems go...

...That is as close as you're going to get. If it's still up that is. It's totally unpolished and buggy though. Tales in RPGM may just be a far off dream no matter how upgraded the makers get. >_>
